Bill is the principal of Inceptional Coaching and Franchising, a franchising consultancy based on the central coast NSW which provides all aspects of franchising advice. Bill on his previous life was a business Coach for over 10 Years and Coached over 100 Business’s. Before that he had a restaurant ad also an Accountancy Practice. Throughout all of this I have found the biggest challenge to the Business Owner was actually believing in themselves and their product.

Over This time Bill realised that business coaching is not about setting marketing strategies and that’s it but it is all about mind-set, it is about emotional intelligence and empowering relationships not only with your customers but with your team as well. It is with this in mind that I also spent the last 2 years with coaching cognition training to become a life coach.
